A LIFE CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

The significant change for the better in my life was when I decided to come and try to get my GED and to go on to begin my way up to get my license to start up business. So, that I can begin the life I really want for myself and my family. Before coming to this class I didn't have substantial amount of confidence in myself in passing the test because I thought that being out of school for so long I had lost my way in education. I have now taking some practice test and I finally realized that I do have the adequate amount of education to actually pass the GED, but, I have to practice on a couple of things in the mathematics section. Now that I have realized and actually tried to educate myself on the problems that I do have in mathematics. Now I am at the stage of making the decision on when will be the right time to take the test. Although, I haven't taken the GED test I feel that I am ready for it and I just want to get a little more practice because practice makes perfect and you can never have to much education on anything in life that you try no matter what it is based on in your life. My really big hold up from actually taking the test is that I had my tonsils remove and I am waiting for doctor to release me. I am really anxious about taking the test and hoping that I pass it so that I can go on with my steps towards beginning my own business. the reason for this because I really want to accomplish something positive in my life so that I will not have to work as hard in my life and to show my children that you really can succeed in life at whatever you want to do for a career. And also to help me prepare my daughter and son way for college because hopefully they both will see that no matter what you try , that if you work hard enough and do not give up they both will be successful and take over the family business or whatever they want to be in their life. This is one of of the significant changes for the better in my life and why. I hope that this is not just writing but also a message in life.

Tiffany,
Thanks for sharing your goal with us. Was there one particular experience that impacted your life positively? The essay question, posted Thursday, November 8 on fasttrackged.blogspot has suggestions on how to structure your writing. Revisit the question to make sure you answered what was asked. You have almost everything you need to create a good GED essay here. It just needs structure, editing, and a focus on answering the prompt.

See you tonight!
